- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items must be free from pet hair, stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer.
- Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.

- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
